These terms govern access to and use of the Rotary Minutes platform (also known as Club Minutes), operated by Visa Guard USA, LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Service provider
Rotary Minutes (also known as Club Minutes) is a product and service of Visa Guard USA, LLC, with its principal place of business at 169 Madison Ave STE 15839, New York, NY 10016, US.
Acceptance
Using Rotary Minutes means you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Rotary Minutes is a SaaS club management platform (members, meetings, minutes, communications and optional modules). The service is provided "as is", subject to the features enabled for your club.
Independence from Rotary International
Rotary Minutes is an independent third-party product. It is not an official Rotary International tool, nor affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rotary International or its affiliated organizations. Rotary and Rotaract trademarks belong to their respective owners. You remain responsible for complying with your organization's rules and charters.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken from your account. Roles and permissions within the club are set by the club administrator.
Data and content
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that data to provide the service. See our privacy policy for personal data processing.
Subscriptions and modules
Plans and pricing are set by the publisher and may change. Included modules activate automatically based on the subscribed plan; a super administrator may disable certain modules per club. Free trials and billing terms are shown at signup.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rotary Minutes shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss due to misuse, or decisions made based on information exported from the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
