Data collected
We collect: identity (name, email), club data (members, meetings, minutes), audit logs and consent preferences. With your consent, we also collect anonymized browsing data via Google Analytics (pages visited, device type, country).
Purposes
SaaS service delivery, minute authentication, billing, customer support and product improvement. Audience data is used solely to understand site usage and improve the user experience.
Cookies and audience measurement
Strictly necessary cookies: authentication session, language preferences and cookie consent. They do not require your consent. Optional cookies: Google Analytics (audience measurement). They are only set after your explicit consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time via "Manage cookies" at the bottom of the page. Google Analytics may process data in the United States. We use Google Consent Mode v2 and only enable measurement after your consent. Consent choice retention: 12 months.
Retention
Data is retained for the subscription period and up to 3 years after termination, unless legally required otherwise.

Security
TLS encryption, per-club multi-tenant isolation, SHA-256 hashing of finalized minutes and full audit trail.
